Laura Ferretti is responsible for the individual and mandatory course evaluations (ILE and LVE) and the assessment evaluations (ELN) from a specialist and operational perspective. Her responsibilities include the implementation and further development of the evaluation tools, as well as the analysis and processing of evaluation data. In addition, she is responsible for evaluation services for various central units, for example in the context of evaluating continuing education programs, and contributes her expertise to additional evaluation projects in the higher education sector.
