Elena Ehrensperger is Co-Team Lead of QMSL. She is responsible for the overall operation and strategic development of the survey tools (evaluations, BfS surveys (SSEE, EHA), service surveys, ULF surveys), as well as for integrating didactically relevant insights from QMSL data into teaching development.
